The Shoney’s team serves their Steak Breakfast with an eight-ounce Ribeye cooked to order, a buttermilk biscuit, two eggs served exactly how you like them, and a choice of southern-style grits or breakfast potatoes.

You can get fancy for lunch if you like, but in our opinion, there is nothing that beats a well-crafted sandwich or burger. Shoney’s uses the best ingredients and piles them high to give you a full-flavored experience with every bite. For a deli sandwich, we suggest the Slim Jim® or the Turkey Club. The Slim Jim features Shoney’s grilled smokehouse ham on a toasted hoagie with melted swiss cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and Shoney’s sauce. On the Turkey Club sandwich, the kitchen staff covers slow-roasted turkey breast and hickory-smoked bacon with American and swiss cheeses on grilled sourdough bread. Then, they top it all off with lettuce, tomatoes, and mayonnaise.

Dinner at Shoney’s in Alcoa
Dinner at Shoney’s is full of flavor and southern comfort food. For a succulent cut of meat, order the 10-ounce Ribeye steak and pair it with one of Shoney’s huge baked potatoes with sour cream and butter. Get a deep-fried dinner of a dozen large, hand-breaded shrimp, or whitefish filets. Both will taste great with a side of onion rings or fries. Another Shoney’s favorite is the Half-O-Pound® of ground beef cooked to order, then smothered in grilled onions and mushrooms.
All of Shoney’s dinner entrees come with access to their famous fresh food bar with fresh soup, salad, and fruit. For something on the sweeter side, you can add a slice of strawberry pie or Shoney’s World Famous Hot Fudge Cake.
